Wherever you live, we will deliver straight to your door! Every package is provided with an internationally traceable tracking number. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your home, you will be able to track it. All packages are traceable.

We cover all shipping risks. If your package is lost or destroyed during delivery, we will reship the order or refund it at our expense. We cover all delivery risks. There are no risks for you.

All all orders that have been provided a tracking number can be expected around 7-14 days after date of purchase (this is including our 48 hour processing period and usual carrier delays). Order processing on in stock items takes 24 - 48hrs (business days) from the time of payment. After that the shipping option chosen applies. You will get an email confirmation from our shipping department.

We provide free shipping service for our customers. We can ship your order directly to your door wherever you are living, while it may take 7 to 20 days to receive your order.

DHL：Usually there are no taxes for developed countries. If there were taxes needed, we take no responsibility for the taxes. Customers need to pay for it at their own expense.

How to track your order:
You will receive a tracking number after your package has been sent You can use this tracking number to track your shipment at the courier's website. We will also notify you with the courier service that we used and supply you with a link to their website.
If your tracking number starts with M or V then your package has been shipped with UPS and you should track at www.ups.com
If your tracking number begins with EA, EB or EE then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website. Here are some common websites:
